Surnames: Goudie, Goldie, McKay, Stoker, Smith
Hi I am in Belfast, N.Ireland but my dad(Allan John Goldie) ancestors are from Stevenston, Ayrshire.
I have a huge Goldie/Goudie Family tree going back to 1700 and in my tree are some of the names you mentioned Kate Smith of Ayrshire; Hugh Makay Stoker; James Goldie and Ann Smith.
I also have in my Goldie family tree surnames of morton, Russell, stoker, stalker, Ferguson, Smith, Howard.
Can you let me know some of your dates and if we are the same branch of the tree I can post you a photocopy of what I have done so far, too many names to list online.
