My husband is also a descendant of Sarah Gouge & James William McKinney through their son David McKinney & his 1st wife Nancy Wade. I have info from my husband's aunt that Sarah Gouge's father was a Martin Gouge and her brother Martin married Elizabeth McKinney, daughter of Henry McKinney (and also father of James William). Other Gouge siblings also married McKinneys; John Gouge married Nancy McKinney & Susannah Gouge married Henry McKinney. How do you descend from Sarah & James? This is my husband's lineage:
