My grandfather, John L Goularte, had a few cousins, all brothers. Their names were/are Raimundo Goulart (married Maria Surdado), Jose Carlos Goulart (som Michael, daughter Margaret), and Manuel (Manoel) Goulart (som Manuel Edgardo).
Both Jose and Manuel live in Portugal, though Jose did live in the US for about 8 years at some point.
Their father was Raimundo Goulart

He may have been a brother of my great grandfather Emmanuel L Goularte

I am looking for any information available on these persons

My Goularte line is also related to the Costa name somehow, as well as the Cardozo (Cadoso) name via my great grandmother Julia Silveira Cardozo
