A Grabenstein Family Reunion is planned for 22 June 2008 in Big Spring, Missouri. Interested in communicating with, gathering information from and inviting descendents.

Interested in descendants of:
Christian Grabenstein (5 Feb 1848, Besigheim, Germany -21 Jul 1906 Missouri) and Catherine Gross\Goss Grabenstein (23 Nov 1847, Wurttenburg, Germany - 8 Dec 1921, Missouri). Christian applied to come to the US August 1868. Christian applied to the circuit court of Missouri for US citizenship 1895. Children of Christian and Catherine were: Bertha, Julia, Emma, Kathrine, Frederick, Rosie, Elizabeth, Charles Lee, Mayme/Mamie, and John Christian.

Interested in descendants of:
Charles Lee Grabenstein (son of Christian and Catherine) married Emily Matthews Grabenstein. They lived in Letcher, SD and both later left that area\state. Their children were: Maxine, LeRoy, Albert, and Raymond Grabenstein and Florine Grabenstein Cooper. Albert was born Feb 1918 in Letcher, SD and married Elvera Oehlerking.
