The photo is on a "picture-postcard" format that was used around the early 1900's. It is sepia-tone amd measures 9cm by 13.5cm. The child is in a chair with white full-length clothing. The background is plain. Written on the address side of the card is "William Roger Grafton (next line) Age 10 Weeks (next line) weighed 12 1/2 lbs. The card appears to be of US manufacture and was not addressed or mailed. The is no printer or publisher information on the card. It was found in Wayne County, State of Indiana, US last year in an antique shop. Hope this helps you.
