Bottom line...I am looking for the parents of Harriet Wallace (1834-1857) who married Daniel H. McKinney in the Greenville District of SC. Their first child, Cynthia Ann McKinney, is my g-grandmother. Jesse B. Wallace from Greenville looks like a very good possibility to be Harriet's father. He moved from SC to Robertson Co, TX by 1860 and is shown there again in the 1870 census. He died in 1876. I have confirmed 4 of his children through TX Death Certificates.
