My great grandfather John J. Grindel(b: Sep 11, 1853 Byron, Germany d: Mar 23, 1921 Pittsburgh, PA)was married to Marie Bopp and I always thought she was my great grandmother until I got my grandfather's social security application and it listed a woman named Barbara Badth as his mother (definately the correct social security application).
