I am sorry, I do not have any info on Peter Groff--but I am hopeful that you may have some information about my Groff linage. My grandfather was James Jacob Groff b.1880 in Belmont, IL. His father was, James William Groff, b. 1857 in Wabash Co. IL-died in Mt Carmel, IL. This is the farthest that my family members have been able to trace back. Any further information on this linage would be greatly appreciated!

FYI: The Mt. Carmel area of IL is across the river from Gibson Co. in IN!
