My great grandfather is a Samuel W. Groff (probably of Lancaster County). He was born 23 May 1919 to Willis D. Groff (b. 1897 d. 1966) and Martha M. Weaver (b. 1893 d. 1976). I don't think this is the Samuel you're looking for but perhaps we have a common thread somewhere.
