I am looking for an 1860's - 1880's Pennsylvania family headed by Abraham Groff. The were from either the Gettysburg or Chambersburg areas of PA. Abraham's wife was Lida (maiden name Gerbig) and their children were George L. (b. 1860 or 1862), Jacob, Samuel, Alice, and Sarah. They may have been Mennonite or Dunkard. George and Jacob moved to the Canton, OH area in the early 1880's and supposedly changed their surname to Grove when they migrated. Does anyone know anything about this Pennsylvania family?
