Hello, i have no idea what the Rockingham Heritage book is but I have drawn a complete blank on my Grandmother, Thelma Margaret Grogan. She was born in Subiaco so maybe you are looking at the same family? If still alive, she would be a bit over a hundred years old,not at all sure of birthdate, but if you happen to know of her in your family tree search, could you please let me know.
