We have definitely matched with known descendents of the Groom/Grooms families of colonial VA and the information and leads we have obtained have been great. Three of our participants are trying to determine ties, if any, back to the Zachariah Groome of Middlesex Co VA. It would really help if your brother matched to one of these three.
