I am looking for information on Samuel William Groome, Jr. from Philadelphia. In the 1890s or late 1880s, to the shock of his parents, he eloped with the well known actress Maud Haslam. She died in 1899. In 1912 (or maybe late 1911), Samuel W married Carolina Cecelia de Estevez. De Estevez was her maiden name. However, she was divorced from Thomas H Terry sometime between 1907 and 1912 so she used Carolina E Terry or Mrs Thomas Terry. Samuel William Groome died in 1920.
