I am researching the surname Groves, in particular James Groves who was employed firstly as a bottle finisher in around 1764, then as Manager from about 1778 at the Royal Northumbrian Bottleworks at Seaton Sluice, Northumberland. I need to know where he was employed before 1764? When and where he married his wife Mary, and where his first son Thomas was born in about 1763? This child died in 1768. James died in 1793.
