I am interested in contacting anyone who may have information on the Grubb family, who moved from Arkansas, Adair Co. to Row- Colcord area in Oklahoma.
Levi Jiles Grubb born 03/24/1852 in 1852. He died 07/15/1904 and is buried in the Allen Cem. He married Rebecca Elizabeth Montgomery 10/10/1877. She was born 04/1856 in Wash. Co. Ark. the daughter of John A. and Fedelia O. Woods Montgomery. Rebecca died sept.8,1917 and is buried in the Allen Cem. Levi and Rebecca had four children;
Charles Edward born 3/24/1879 died 10/10/1960 and married Lula Potter
William Henry born 1/20/1881 died 18 months
MARY Amanda (Mollie) born 1/30/1887 died 12/17/1975 and married George Sisson in 1/24/1912. They made their home in the Row- Colcord area (Jay,Okla.), and had four children. John Wesley born 1/19/1894 died in 1984, married Jett Gadbury 3/1915 at Row. Would love hearing from any relative. I am the daughter Of Earl Leota Sisson, there are six children born to them.
