James Guild married Margaret Meston 27/7/1837 at Peterculter, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. They had a son James Straiton Guild born 3/6/1861 at Newhills; who married Christian or Christina Campbell at Fintray, Aberdeenshire in 1885. In the 1901 Census at Denny, Stirling there is a family listed as James aged 39, Christina aged 40, Mabel aged 15, Meston J aged 14, Bertie aged 12, Stanley 10, John 8, William 1. Now we have found a Meston Guild born Scotland 7 Mar.1887 died New Hampshire Jan. 1963. Can anyone confirm any of this information as being from the same family line? Also the above mentioned James Guild's father also James Guild born 4/4/1793 who married Jane Lawson and who died in Australia in 1871. We had contact from a descendant of this branch in the past and would like to follow it up. Does anyone recognize the information as part of their line? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
