I have started a seach for my gg/grandmother Maryann Elizabeth Guilford. The Guilfords owned a farm in Fryburg PA. Maryann Elizabeth married my paternal gg/grandfather John Troutner in June of 1852. They had 8 children 4 boys and 4 girls. Five children died when they were young. John died in 1895. Maryann Elizabeth then married Conrad Wagner in 1899. She died in 1910. Her obituary in the Clarion Democrat mentions she had one serviving sister Mrs. Margaret Proper of Titusville. She is buried in the Brady's Bend Cemetary. She was 76 yrs old. I do family reseach whenever I visit Clarion PA. My next trip I will try for more info on the Guilfords. Let me know if I can help in your seach.
