Hi, I'm new to this site and am trying to reconstruct my family tree without handy records. I'm looking for links to Christopher Columbus Guin, died in Newellton, Louisiana (Tensas Parish) in 1972. He is my g'grand-father. Children are Jewell, R. L, Horace (my paternal randfather), Bill, Bonita and Agnes. (I'm sure I'm forgetting someone, but again -- from memory).

I've been to Guin, Alabama and spoke with the mayor's wife there back in the early 90s. I'm fairly certain, but not 100% that we aren't related to those Guins....?
