Hi. I am still looking for Canadian branches of the Gula family. My father-in-law is Michael who married Jenny Hasiuk in the 30's around Myrnam, Alberta. They settled in the Cherry Point district in the Peace River Country of northern Alberta and had 8 children.

I am gathering that most Gula ancestors are from Eastern Europe. Can anyone give me more particulars on where their "family" is from?

My father-in-law mentioned Galicia, Carpathian Mtns . I have some reason to believe he was from Czecheslovakia.
