I am looking for links to a John Gulley. The only information I have on him is that he was the father in law to a John F. Williams (I have William's 1918 death certificate and it listed John Gulley of Creal Springs,IL signing the certificate) Williams was married to Gulley's daughter, we believe her name was Artie Mae of something similiar to that, she is listed to being born in TN close to IL.
John Gulley may have been a miner or a farmer. It is also believed that between the Williams and the Gulleys having Native American heritage. (Iroquois on the Williams and Cherokee from one of them). They lived in Williamson and Johnson Co. in the late 1800s and early 1900. Then some of them moved on to St. Loius, MO area.
If anyone has any information that might be connected to that information please Email me. I do geneology inbetween school, work and raising kids so I can't frequent boards on a consistant basis.
Thank you
