Gunter Researchers,

I just returned from England where I visited St. Mary's Parish Church in Kintbury. I took about 20 pictures of the church and the Brass Memorial to John & Alice Gunter dated 1524. If you would like the pictures send me your email I'll send you the pictures in several emails. I'm happy to share. It was very cool to see the plaque in person. I tried to find the grave of "Gentleman" John Gunter but the tombstones are too degraded. Alice is buried in nearby Circencester in Gloucestershire but I did not have time to visit that church where a similar plaque hangs. My sister and I tried to make a rubbing of the brass plaque but were asked not to by the local brass cleaning volunteer ladies. John and Alice are my 6g grandparents.
