This is very interesting. I have a Theodore Muhlenhaup who came to Calif. from Wis. with his neice Henrietta Seltenheim around 1854 and later his other niece, Bertha Seltenheim came here. (Yolo County). I found your note interesting becaue Caroline Seltenheim married Charles H. Curtis. One of Caroline's siblings married into a family in Oregon and there is a Kunkel line there.
