I am looking for any information on the family of Henry Klinger ( b. 1781 in Darmstadt), his wife Mary Anna Unk ( b. 1782 in Darmstadt), son, George Henry Klinger ( b. 1 Apr 1818 in Darmstadt) and John Leonard Klinger ( b. 1827 in Darmstadt).

I do not know when they left Darmstadt, when or where they departed Europe nor when and where they arrived in USA. I pick them up in Paris, Edgar Co., IL from a marriage certificate between George Henry Klinger and Temperance Ann Ray on 6 Feb 1845. Eventually this family changed its name to Clinger and came to Texas around 1853 and remained. It is this line I am related to. I have considerable data after 1845 but very, very little prior thereto. Any lead would be appreciated.
