Classification: Query
Surnames: Haack, Niedenthal
I basically know nothing about this line and the spelling of the name could be any; i.e. frederick, fredrich.
This man was my g-grandfather and my mother knew next to nothing about any of her grandparents.
My mother says he was born Aug 1856 in Kentucky and died 1935 in Florida.
I see a Fred H Haack born in Missouri which makes more sense to me as ours lived in Missouri with his wife and children for a bit and we know my grandmother was born in St Louis, MO, the youngest child by ~15 years. This child told her children her mother Helen was French/Austrian background from the Alsace region.
He was married to a Helen Theresa Niedenthal according to our info.
This is what is available to trace a history.
I do have an mtDNA score on my mother to match through the women back to Niedenthal or a derivative thereof.
Thank you.
