Haage's in Ohio

Surnames: Haage, Haag, Hage,Hagg
I have discoverd that my ggrandfather was born in ohio on june 3 1858. His parents are Phillip and Charlotte Haage. Could also be Haag or Hagg. An old story that the spelling of our name changed somewhere down the line so not sure of how it would be spelled. If anyone has any information about this please let me know. thank you
