I am looking for the family of Martha Haaland who was b. 1875 in Norway and was living in Joliet, Carbon Co. Montana by the early 1900's. She married William R. Nelson. They had a child (possibly William R. Nelson b. ~ 1910). Her father was John Rasmusen Haaland b. 1841 in Norway and her mother was Anna Aanonsdtr Aasland b. 1841 Norway.
Martha actually married my great grandfather. He was a philanderer and three times married (twice illegally) and then desserted his wives.I would like to find any 'half' cousins on this Haaland-Nelson side. Any one out there???? Diane
