My grandmother Elizabeth Haberkorn immigrated from the Volga River region around Saratov, Russia with a half-brother Adam Haberkorn sometime around the outbreak of WWI. They were part of the German Settlements in the Volga River area. Looking for anybody with information about this family. I have been told that some of the Haberkorns settled in Kansas and Iowa. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
