Karl Haberstoh came over from Odessa Russia in the early 1900's with his borther Edward (who settled in Rolla, ND). They were the sons of Karl and Barbara(Steinhiller) Haberstroh, who were some of the many settlers from Germany that were attracted to Russia during the reign of Catherine the Great. Karl is our ancestor and settled in Mott, ND. One of his sons, Jacob married Hilda Kirsch and had 13 children. My husband, Marlin, is the oldest son. We have some more information if anyone is interested. Thanks.
