WILLILAM E. HACKER RITES AT SPEARMAN
Spearman, Feb. 21, (Special) Funeral services for William Edwad Hacker, 77, a retired farmer and laundry company owner, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday from the First Baptist Church here. Burial will be in the Hansford Cemetery under the direction of Boxwell Bros. Funeral Home.
Mr. Hacker died Tuesday in the Hansford County Hospital.
Survivors are his wife, Lillie Mae, five daughters, Mrs. Edith Harryman of Berryville, Ark., Mrs. Rosetta Hammond and Miss Lucille Hacker of Boston, Mass., Mrs Alice Chisum of Anchorage, Alaska, and Mrs. Emogene Fettis of Springfield, Mass., two sons, Clyde E. Hacker of Berryville, Ark., and William E. Hacker, Jr. of Tyrone, Okla, a sister and 12 grandchildren.

"Bill" William E. Hacker Jr.72, of Hooker died Thursday, Sept.10,1998 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas.
Born March 20, 1926 at Forgan to William and Lillie May Hacker, he served in WWII and was an employee of Mapco Production Company of Tyrone. After retirement from Mapco he enjoyed farming.
He was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Hooker, serving the congregation in many capacities.
Survivors include his wife, Alice of the home; two sons, Mike and Vivian of Kansas City, MO and Ron of Hooker; two daughters, Colleen and Dave Penner of Rawlins, Wyo. and Connie and Billy Carson of Enid; six grandchildren; two sisters, Edith Harryman of Berryville, Ark. and Alice and Clyde Self of Greenforest, Ark.; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his parents; one brother Clyde; four sisters, Eunice, Rosie, Lucille and Jean; and granddaughter, Amber.
Services were held Sunday, Sept. 13 at 3 p.m. at the St. Johns Lutheran Church in Hooker with the Rev. J. Robert Herrod, pastor, and the Rev. Mark Westcoatt of Guymon officiating.
