To any one that can help me on this family.I am looking for any info on my gg granddad John or Jonathon Christopher Hackett.No dates.He married or I was told to a Mary Jane Latour or La Tour.Thay had I have a daughter named.
Sally or Sallie Marthaine Hackett.She is my great grandparent.She married James Madison McCarter,.They lived in Knox Co. Indiana.Sally was born in 7/16/1877 and died 1/11/1958 in Knox Co. Indiana.She is buried in Asbury cemetery with family.James was born 4/6/1862 and died 1/14/1935 in Knox Co. Indiana.The McCarter's came from Illinois.James and Sally McCarter Hackett marriage 6/7/1896. They had the following children:

he married Anna Frances Smith d/o Charles I. Harod Smith and Flossie D. Pate.Anna was born 5/17/1915 in brown's Valley Daviess Co. Kentucky to 3/2004 in Martinsville, Morgan Co. Indiana.Both Gilbert and Anna McCarter and son Gilbert Earl is buried in Asbury Chapel cemetery in Bicknell,Knox Co. Indiana

I would like to know if this John Hackett is related to Thomas Hachett the first of England.Thomas was born in 1660.
I have no conection to him to John Hackett of Knox Co. Indiana.My great uncle has a lot of info on this Thomas and if that is so my John has to be relative some how.I have my James McCarter back to a Jesse Glass McCarter.But I would like more info on the Hacketts is possible.
