I am searching for info on a James Samuel Hackley b. July 19, 1809 . Married Maria Ann Bayliss (Bayless) on July 23, 1846. Maria was born on July 13, 1830. They had nine children: J.S.,jr, Frances Ann (Fannie), Eliza Jane, John T., Burkett L.,Mary Elizabeth, Emma Lee, William Martin and George Washington Hackley. I have birth dates if needed. James and Maria owned land and lived in Richmond, Mo in Clay County. I believe they were from the Culpepper Va area. James and Maria were my Greatgrandparents.
