My great-grandmother was Mary Haefner (married name was Wolff). She came here around the late 1880s or early 1890s. I know for sure that Mary Haefner and George Wolff had two sons, Charles, my grandfather and his brother John. The family documentation I have shows they were born in Austria. When the Wolff family came here, they bought a farm in Kansas City, Kansas.
Charles and Barbara Wolff had nine children, George, Margaret, Carl (passed on at very young ages), Helen, Minnie, Lauretta, Clarence, Marie and Clara all lived past their 50s in the Chicago, Illinois area.
Any help here?
