Jacob Haffner born abt 1745, in Germany, Probably immigrated to PA before 1780. He migrated to Augusta Co., VA. Found his will dated Aug 1829, listing his wife Elizabeth, children:Andreas/Andrew,Catherine,Michael,Margaret,Philip,Magdaline,Barbara,Christian and Elizabeth. He is in Virginia about 1794.
