I am dead ended at John (W?) Haggett b.abt 1815 North Turner , Kennebec,Maine m. Mary Jane Merrow b. 1819 Farmington, Stratford, New Hampshire daughter of Joshua Merrow. Would like to find the branch of Haggett's he is connected to. He was said to be a horse trader. He died around 1879/80 when kicked in the head by a horse. Family lore says that the family was somehow connected to Haggett's of Portland Maine and that there was a building named after the Haggett's called Haggett Hall. Any information would be appreciated.
