Wm Carroll b 1816 - daughter Rachel b. 1851 m. John Stakely
They are named in the article
Sarah b. 1797 and Frances b. 1818 are also living in Lawrence County.

Simeon, Timothy & Wm Carroll all have daughters named Rachel Pennington, but would be to young to marry in 1847.

Is it possible that this Rachel is an unknown daughter of Asa Pennington + Rachel Lane?
