Seeking information on Zachariah Hall born between 1800 and 1810 in North Carolina, married Feb. 17, 1825 to Sarah Dement in Rutherford Co., Tenn. and in the 1830 federal census for Gallatin Co., Ill. He died in 1848 in Saline Co., Illinois.

Hi,
I am looking for a Charles Hall who married a Mary Dement in early 1800s up to 1865. Charles was born in N. Carolina and Mary in Arkansas. They gave birth to my gggrandma, Margaret Elizabeth Hall on Sept. 28, 1865. First she married a Mr. ? Rushing ( no record yet) and then my gggrandpa, Drew Addison Cathcart in Pope County, Il.

My GGGrandmother was Eliza Hall, daughter of Jonathan Hall. She was born early 1800 in Va. or TN. ( depends on who you ask )Married Valentine Morris around 1840. I have all the dates in my files, I will have to pull them to be exact.

1 or 2 of her brothers married Dement's. One was I believe Serena and the other Sarah.

Eliza is Zachariahs sister. I have other sibs.

They are in Saline Co, Ill. in 1850 census, Curran Prec. HH # 5. page 6B
