My gfather William Hallam was born on Febe 16, 1855 or 56 in Nottingham. He immigrated to CAnada in the mid 1880s to Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, CAnada with Martha Ann Bullock of Nottingham. Married (I think although no proof) I am seeking his family.
