Hi,
I am looking for descendants of William Muir Halsey, grandson of Lydia Halsey of Chicago, Illinois. I recently obtained records from GreenWoodd Cemetery of New York and have found a Matilda Jane Redmon Halsey and Harriet Halsey included in plot where siblings (Mary Jane, Harriet, Sarah E., Emily & Ann Eliza) of my gg-greatgrandmother Alice Hall Mulgrew are buried. There was a note on the records that Lydia Halsey who died April 16, 1915 and buried in Waldheim Cemetery, Chicago granted inalienable rights to burial plot to her grandson William Muir Halsey on May 5, 1902. Would like to find out how Halsey and Hall are related.
Also in burial plot there is a Frances Hall who died in West Farms, Westchester Co., New York. Found a James, Margaret and William Hall there in the 1850 census. Does anyone know if there is a relationship?
