Hi I am looking for information or relatives of Oscar & Lydia or Lidia (Hawkins) Halsey of Seward, Winnebago, Ill. They were prominent people in the area.
My great grandfather Benjamin Franklin (Felton) Halsey came to live with them before 1870. Listed as Frank Felton in 1870 census and then listed as Frank Halsey in 1880 census. Born in Wis. in 1863.
