Surnames: Hamm, Ham, Webb
Does anyone know of a connection between the Hamm families in Henry County Alabama and the Hamm families in Conecuh County Alabama?
Allen Hamm married Milley Webb in 1823 in Henry County and had several children including Mary, Sarah, Martha, Thomas, Allen A, Nancy, Limpy (sp?), Eady & Asia. Allen lived in Henry County at least 1823, 1830, 1840 & 1850.
Obediah Hamm in Conecuh County was married to "Abigail" and had at least the following children ... Martha, Abel/Able, William and Lary (sp?). Obediah was in Conecuh County at least 1840, 1850 & 1860.
If you know of any possible connection between these two families please write back.
