Surnames: Hamburg/McSherry
I am interested in Charlie Hamburg or Hamburger --wife Lucy McSherry from Canada. Sons were Frank C. born in 1873 in Escanaba (my grandfather) and Nathan (no children) ,who I believe were adopted by Charlie. Lucy and Charlie later had Bill and daughter Grace born in 1879. Bill had a daughter Lucille who was raised by Charlie and Lucy. Grace married a man from Chicago, Joe Babcock and had one daughter Shirley. Frank C moved to Chicago and had 4 sons, Charles F., James, Lovando D and Frank C. Jr.
Anybody out there related or can supply any information on this Hamburg/McSherry relationship?
