I'm Wonny Living in Holland. Original i come for Suriname South America. My mother is a Hamden.The story is that there was a black man coming from Demerara with that name now there is a small family Hamden living in Surinam and the last decenia alo in Holland. Do you know more of were the name comes from and a family in Demerara or Guyana,s.

my paternal grandfather is listed as Marion Pio. he married Lorraine Lee in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1932. His father was listed as Wlliam Pio of Ohio. Marion's mother was listed as Alice Hamdon of Ohio. could this be the same family.Lorriane Lee's parents of Ohio were listed as Walter Lee and Maltida Sharp, also of Ohio?
