My name is Rebecca Sitzes. My mother was Lucinda Perez from Houston Texas and she ran off with a man name Billy Wayne Hammond. He is my father. I have never met him. According to my mom he does know about me, but due to my grandparents they could never be together my mom was underage. I would just like to meet him to know who he is.
