Carl had a brother,&lt;br&gt;Andrew and spelled the last name Hempe. Laura&lt;br&gt;had a sister, Anna who married Carl Sorenson.</description>

Only info I have is that she was married to John Adolf Dieckert and Lived at 1494 2nd Ave. in Manhattanin 1879. She had three sons August J., John and Eugene P. Other names I've found for her were Angelina, Engelina and Lena.</description>

Married, Dorthea Margrethe Jensen, b - 7 Jun 1832 in Rutsker; d - 6 Oct 1911, in Allinge, Denmark.&lt;br&gt;They had 8 children, Vilhelmine Marie Lovise, Vilhelm Martin Adolf Hampe, Adolf Nicolai Christoffer Hampe, Julius Ferdinand Theodor hampe, Caroline Frederikke Dorthea Hampe, Augusta Cathrine Hampe, Christian Otto Hampe and a stillborn son.&lt;br&gt;If any of these names match up with your family tree, please , I want to hear from you.       <description>My Great Grandmother was an opera singer either named Linke or Hampe she had a daughter named Hanna Linke. Hanna and her Step father (Hampe) came to Australia. Hanna was later married to my Grandfather in Kukerin, West Aust. His name was John Walker they had two children Hector  Peter. Then she disappeared during the war. She was Traced to Sydney. But believed to be in Western Australia now. May be she has contacted the Hampe's here in Australia. May have relatives still in Germany or other countries. </description>
