I have an original studio photograph of “Walter Hamper – lived Fenton, MI”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in about 1900-1910, in Greenville (Montcalm Co.) MI, and he looks to be about age 35 or so.
I found Walter Hamper in the 1870 census for Fenton (Genesee Co.) MI, son of Alfred and Susan Hamper; Walter was age 1. By 1900, he is son of Susan Green, and stepson of Eugene Green, and his DOB is Apr 1878 – family lived in Flint (Genesee Co.) MI.
