The motto you quote is that of the hampson baronetcy which died out in the early part of the twentieth century. The baronetcy was created in the 17th century. The arms were three hemp brakes on a shield and the original family were merchant tailors in London and one was an alderman of the city of London. Since the baronetcy is now defunct the arms may not be used legally by anyone.
