Hi Judy, here is what I found-you'll have to do the verifying! #1 Hiram Hamrick b. 1805 Dickson,Tn. m.Mahala Messing(or Missing?) and had the following children: Jack,Allen, May A.,Ennis,Eliza,Adeline,Hiram Walter b.1849 and d.1925, Indiana, and Cordelia. #2 The apparent parents of Hiram Hamrick are Travis Hamrick (b.1772 Va.) and Fannie Tankersley (b.1776 Va.) married 19 Sept 1797 in Rutherford,N.C. They had following children: Hiram b.1805, William b. 1806 and Jeremiah b.1807.They are in 1820 Tenn.census in Maury Co. #3 The father of Travis Hamrick was Jeremiah Hamrick of Prince Wm.Co., Va. b.1736 d.1809 - Jeremiah's wife name unknown but they had the following children: Nathanial,Isaac,Uriah,Jeremiah, David,Price,Henry,Sarah,Travis,Anna Frances, and Yelverton. #4 Parents of Jeremiah (b.1736) apparently are: James Hamrick b.1715 d.1779 m.ca.1740 Va.to Alice Mathis.
