Great Grandson of David Wright, the son of Sara Hamrick of Germantown. Hello, everybody I am just trying to see how many of my distant relatives I may hear from in this short life. My grandfather and grandmother were actually both descended from the Hamricks that came to NC, but like most of our early family were intermixed with other relatives. I reside in NC and my my genealogy follows as shown: My mother is Betty Wright-daughter of Ira Wright. Ira Wright is the son of David Wright and Panthia Hamrick, once again the intermarrying of some sorts, David Wright is the direct son of Jane Hamrick and Phillip Wright. -And of course Jane Hamrick is the daughter of Germantown founder George Hamrick himself! I am proud of our heritage and would love to meet some gorgeous lady somewhere in our family, of course some light humor.
