Hello Terry and Kathy, I have been monitoring the Hamrock Surname Message Board for sometime now and it appears that you both have a lot of knowledge on the Hamrock name. I am a member of a large Hamrock family in California. I am wondering if your research has led you to any Hamrocks on the west coast. I know that my family is somehow connected to the Ohio Hamrocks and I would like to discover the connection if possible. My father, born in Los Angeles, was Edward M. Hamrock (1929-1991). His father was Stephan R. Hamrock born in Connelsville, PA in 1901. He lived in Youngstown or Struthers, Ohio. Stephan's father was John Hamrock. This is about all I know. If either of you would like to exchange information it would be appreciated. I will be glad to provide you with information on the large Hamrock family in California.
