From an obit for my gg Uncle I found the following info on families origin in Ireland.. I am hoping to make a connection or help with lookup in RC records. I think I have the parish and townland from griffith's and tithe records.

Richard Hanagan was born in County Kildare, Ireland, on March 27, 1831. He died at Ridgway, Hardin Co. Ohio on September 27, 1892 at the age of 61 yrs. He was one of 6 brothers who came to Ohio in 1850............
